So far, 6 OA mandates have come into effect this month - 4 RCUK mandates, an expansion of the Wellcome Trust mandate, and a new mandate by Austria's Förderung der wissenschaftlichen Forschung [Fund for the Promotion of Scientific Reseach]. Other important developments are in the works, including the European Commission's Study on the Economic and Technical Evolution of the Scientific Publication Market in Europe - a summary of their recent consultation process was just released. Details on Open Access News.
